「We got there 30 minutes prior check in time and we called paid the extra 30 minutes for the lockbox not to work waited for someone to come and opened with a screwdriver and by the time we got in was regular checked in time. I was told they were going to reimburse me but they haven’t. They inside it is cute but it wasn’t too cleaned and the little broom didn’t help. Parking can be more than $10 depends on where you park」

「Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.」

「Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well」

「Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

「Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」
