Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!"
