The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses for people like me who can't sleep on a bed as hard as that.

We booked for the Hotel Alkquimia, however, we were unable to stay there and had to stay in another hotel owned by them which was unfinished and in a slightly different area of town. When I arrived neither of the desk agents spoke English or were able to tell me why I couldn’t check into my room. They were able to check in someone after me but my two rooms were unavailable due to someone not checking out. The other hotel we were taken too did not feel or even look as clean. The sheets had stains and we had to request new sheets.

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que por error, la reserva no estaba confirmada y no contábamos con el alojamiento previsto. Nos comentaron que el motivo de este inconveniente era un error del sistema, que ya les habla pasado con otros huéspedes. Si bien se ofrecieron a ubicarnos en otro hotel y accedimos (no teníamos opción viajando con niños y siendo ya el atardecer) , la experiencia fue pésima. Si podes, EVITÁ este hotel si no queres correr el riesgo de llegar y no contar con tu reserva.

Limpieza mal, habian pisos sin electricidad en los pasillos, las habitaciones en general muy por abajo de lo que uno espera por el precio. No hubo limpieza a la habitacion. La alberca descuidado. Lo unico rescatable fue el desayuno.
