Pros: Acogedor, fácil de caminar, habitación Junior Suite espaciosa, buffet del desayuno muy bueno, buenas piscinas. Cons: Mattress duro, buffet de almuerzo y cena pueden mejorar, opciones de bebidas limitadas, pocas opciones de restaurantes y el italiano debe mejorar.

This property is extremely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The salt water pools are fabulous. Such a perfect location. It’s very beautiful. However the food is under mediocre. I could barely eat here. And the service is very poor. They didn’t even offer to help us with our bags to our room. When going to the buffet, you can’t even get a drink served to you. The 2 restaurants(Italian and Dominican) that you make reservations at were good. (Not amazing) but acceptable. The beds are not comfortable, and rooms are not 100% clean. Hair and stuff on floor and in bed sheets. I would come back to this property JUST FOR THE VIEW and POOLS. If they increased their service and got better food this would be a great place to visit and they would make more money.

La atención de su personal fue terrible. En su página dice que el check in es a las 3pm y la habitación nos la entregaron hasta las 4:30 pm. En recepción estaba un chico llamado Eugenio. Muy grosero tratandonos de tontos, y nos dijo que nos teníamos que esperar que porque aún no estába la habitación y nos cuestionaba si sabíamos que era el check in. Por otra parte , cuando les solicitabamos algo como toallas, bebidas se molestan que se suponía estaban dentro de todo incluido. La calidad de la comida no es buena. Y las sábanas de la habitación se ve que no las cambian. Salió una cucaracha en el baño. No lo recomiendo para nada. Inclusive en recepción igual estaban peleando con otras personas que llegaron.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the pools were lovely to swim in, but they closed at 7 which was too early imo. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The entertainment was great and there were a lot of food options, but unfortunately most were not tasty. Unfortunately the beef was almost always undercooked, but the chicken was always perfect. Overall, I had a great time and the staff and facility was beautiful. Also tons and tons of crabs by the ocean lol!
Bring food for the strays! There’s tons on the kittens on property and they’re very sweet

I absolutely love it at this resort. From the moment we checked in the staff was super accommodating and attentive. The food selection was great and many places to eat on the property. This property is super organized and they know how to make your experience a great one. Will definitely come back and stay here again

The resort was great. The room the AC didn't cool the room down. The whole week the fire alarm in the hallway was beeping because the battery need to be replaced. I asked the first desk every day for 6 days and it never stopped beeping or the battery got changed out.
