"Very hard to find, then when you finally get there it’s not marked—looks like a house, and then they send you to another location. And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only."

"Había una actividad en el rancho y me avisaron al final ya no podía conseguir espacio en otro lado. El parqueo estaba lleno. Al final se resolvió. En la mañana nos despertó maquinaria de construcción en la propiedad de al lado. Había un olor horrible y nos dijeron que era el volcán. La propiedad es pequeña pero bien equipada. En la ducha casi no salía agua difícil ducharse."
