"Warmly welcomed by the lovely Lucia & her husband, her place is perfectly positioned in the central part of Oppido making it very walkable to all the interesting points in the awesome cultural town, the locals are all so hospitable, it was an extreme pleasure to visit my mum‘s hometown. Lucia’s home is lager than expected, 3 double bedrooms & 2 bath rooms, 6 to 10 people could easily stay here, full kitchen & nice courtyard, nothing more needed in this home."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Hotel is very nice and so are the rooms. The staff is very helpful they gave us food recommendations and got us a trusty taxi. The hotel also had its own parking inside the property which is convenient. The breakfast was also really good."

"Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating, especially with children. The grounds are beautiful, pool could be cleaner. Not very much shade, no umbrellas at the pool. Unfortunately, the beach was not great, very rocky and bad weather caused big waves… The room is comfortable, however ants were a guest most of time. Shuttle to Tropea was quite expensive. Overall, nice stay."

We had one excellent meal and one that made us wish we hadn’t paid for half board (be aware when booking- we hadn’t meant to book with dinner included). Breakfasts were lovely. Staff were all helpful and pleasant."

The hotel itself was spotless—without question one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Every area was impeccably maintained, and it was clear that great pride is taken in keeping the property in perfect condition. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It was, without exaggeration, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The quality, freshness, and variety were outstanding, and it quickly became one of the highlights of each morning. The pool was also a wonderful addition. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, immaculate accommodations, and an unforgettable experience."
