「We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s location directly across from the airport was extremely convenient, especially for our early flight. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service that dropped us off right at the departure doors early in the morning. It made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend! 」

「Good for business trip around this zone. The room is big, bed is confortable, a little noise from the main road. The outside is poor, but there is a waltmart 400~500 from the hotel」

「El staff no fue atento ni amable al presentarse una emergencia médica en la que solamente les pedí una taza de agua caliente para preparar un té para el dolor estomacal. Tuve que esperar horas a que abrieran la cafetería y me bendieran una taza de té caliente. Las habitaciones no tienen microondas ni cafetera. 」

「Si Escoges este Hotel por el Traslado del aeropuerto al Hotel, ten encuenta que el autobus lo mandan cada hora. No cuando llegas a la puerta 4, me dejaron esperando el traslado casi una hora, despues de que tuve un vuelo dificil. Nunca me dijeron que salia cada hora. En la descripción pusieron que cuando uno llega a la puerta 4 de 10 a 15 minutos mandan el autobus, Falso. Cada Hora. Aparte me hicieron creer que el desayuno era de cortesía cuando yo al pagar la Habitación ya lo tenia incluido...

「Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...
