We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows . We absolutely loved the property and the staff was always so welcoming . Our room was clean with a clean soaking pool . We stayed on the overwater lagoon bungalow . If we had any suggestions , it would be to improve the lighting and add a full length mirror . But either way we had an amazing time here.

Our three-night stay at Lina Point Resort in San Pedro was extremely disappointing. The Honeymoon Suite CONCH (we were celebrating 15 yr anniversary) is tired and poorly maintained. Bamboo ceiling trim was missing, paintwork was mismatched, the toilet wobbled, the TV malfunctioned, and WiFi instructions were outdated. The guest book listed a manager who had left months prior. The LR sofa was outdoor furniture, cushions were ripped and covered with a bed sheet. Loose screws protruded from bamboo fixtures. The kitchen sink was heavily stained and appeared dirty. “Continental breakfast included” was misleading — it consisted of toast and jam with coffee, while juice and other options required extra payment. When we politely raised this, the manager responded irritably and dismissed our concerns. Minutes later, her husband (the owner) came to our room accusing us of threatening her and aggressively confronting us. No threat was made by us. There was no apology — only a lecture about culture and gratitude. The AC worked and the views are beautiful, but the hospitality and units condition was unacceptable. We cannot recommend.

We had such an incredible stay in this over-the-water bungalow! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect escape. The room was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what you hope for in a waterfront getaway. It could use a small touch-up here and there, but honestly, that didn’t take away from how amazing the overall experience was. The private pool and swing on the outdoor deck were absolute highlights. There’s nothing quite like sipping coffee at sunrise, gently swaying over the water, and watching the day begin. It was serene, romantic, and exactly what we needed for a weekend reset. A huge thank you to Brittney and Karen for going above and beyond. They were incredibly helpful in coordinating transportation and setting up our excursions, making everything seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing, memorable weekend getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

What stood out at Lina Point was the over-the-water design and the privacy. Our private cabana came with its own plunge pool, which made it easy to relax without feeling crowded. The glass floor panels with night lighting to see fish below were a unique touch that added to the experience. The main pool overlooking the lagoon is another great spot to cool off, and the boardwalk and thatched cabanas give the property a relaxed coastal feel that fits San Pedro well. The food and drinks were consistently good, and the staff were very attentive. They also helped us secure a golf cart rental, which made getting around town simple. Overall it felt private, comfortable, and easy

Great location and experience having the over water room options. We upgrade from the hotel suite to the overwater cabana which made our stay much more enjoyable for the week!! Staff so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful sunsets off our balcony, quiet and relaxing watching fish calming swimming by.. just a golf cart away from so many great restaurants. Memorable trip !!

Good size room, great sunrise and sunsets. Very central location. Lina's is between the main tourist district and Secret Beach. If you are staying here I do recommend getting a golf cart.

The staff and owner are absolutely amazing. They are super accommodating and made our stay great. Pedro is the absolute best. He makes this place. He is so knowledgeable, funny and goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome and to make their stay unforgettable. The property is on a very cool location and we got to see a lot of things there.

The staff are friendly and kind. Bartender is top notch. Clover, waitress, is beyond sweet. The food and drinks are awesome. I can’t speak highly enough of this place.

Everything was great from the moment i was picked up at the airport until the moment I left. I nean, Literally - everything. Its beautiful, unique, quiet, safe, interesting, ,secluded, but convenient to everything. The best thing about the place is the staff- I fell in love with all of them- the service was amazing. Its relaxed luxury without the stuffy, pretention of other upscale places. That is what Ialways look for when traveling, and it is surprisingly difficult to find. I cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough Judy Widener

Brittany is the best part of the resort. She wears multiple hats. Despite it all, she remains pleasant, kind, and courteous. The room was spacious and the view was great. I love being able to see the fish from the glass floor of my room.
