The staff was lovely and so helpful. The room was clean and it was in a nice spot with a courtyard to sit it. Breakfast was nice and on our last day they made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. Secure place to part your car.

Accidentally I booked a 3-person room for 2 people instead of 3, but a woman quickly accommodated and I paid the extra charge. but the first night was a 2-person room. I later calculated the total after the extra charge and it was more expensive than the 3-person reservation on Expedia, but since I made the mistake, there was nothing I could do about it. Pros: All the staff are very kind. The room is cute and very clean. The towels are fluffy. There are many outlets, which is convenient. Drinks are available at the front desk. Points to improve: The Wi-Fi was very weak and barely usable in the room. The music from the nearby restaurant was loud and continued until late at night. One of the windows did not have a shade, and the street light was shining directly at my face on the bed, so it was dazzling, so a shade needs to be installed. The window was poorly positioned, so there was no air flow and the room was very hot. If these points are improved, this hotel will be highly recommended.

Thank you Hotel Takha Takha! During our stay in San Pedro we tried three different hotels, and this one had several highlights: great price, spacious and clean rooms, and above all the wonderful pool area which we truly enjoyed after busy tour days. The pool was cleaner than at other hotels and the sunbeds made it extra relaxing. The room was comfortable, although the street dogs held their “nightly conferences” outside which could be disturbing – but with earplugs we still slept well. The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent and the breakfast was unfortunately the weakest we tried in San Pedro. The bread and pastries were dry, and the takeaway breakfast for our tour wasn’t great either. The eggs were fine, but that’s something every hotel offers. With better breakfast and more reliable Wi-Fi, this could potentially reach a three-star level. The grounds are spacious and charming, and the rooms felt fresher than at other hotels where we paid more – making it very good value. The hotel has its own dogs but they don’t cause any disturbance. If you’re looking for a roomy, fresh place to relax by the pool for a few days after tours, this is a perfect choice! The location on the main street but not right in the busiest part felt safe, and there’s even an ice cream shop just two minutes away – ideal after a pool da

Les lits sont tous très comfortable. Le personnel est chaleureux et serviable. Le service aux chambre se fait à tous les jours sauf si on demande autrement. Le déjeuner est savoureux, varié et frais. Solicité desayuno durante tres días, pero cada vez recibí una caja de almuerzo. Me pareció extraño y pregunté dónde estaba el comedor, pero solo me dijeron que lo comiera. Pensé que eso era el desayuno y lo comí, pero la mitad estaba compuesta de migas de galletas, así que casi no lo pude comer. El último día, le comenté a la recepción que creía que era una caja de almuerzo, y el empleado respondió de manera brusca: “Entonces, ¿por qué no darle el desayuno?”. Normalmente, el personal de un alojamiento debería empezar disculpándose con el huésped. En general, la actitud de servicio es muy deficiente. Me asignaron la habitación 4, pero la habitación de al lado estaba en construcción, así que tuve que soportar ruidos de perforación, vibraciones e incluso tierra cayendo del techo. No fui informado de esto previamente. El hotel debería haber pedido comprensión de antemano o haber dejado esa habitación vacía. Cada vez que entraba o salía, la recepción tenía que abrirme la puerta. No podía abrir la puerta por mí mismo, lo cual fue muy incómodo. No hay un letrero de Takha Takha en la entrada, por lo que fue difícil encontrar el acceso en mi primera visita. Sin embargo, dentro del hotel hay un letrero grande de Takha Takha. No entiendo por qué el letrero está dentro y no en la entrada.

Surpresa muito positiva

Que baita surpresa positiva que tivemos nesse hotel! Pelas fotos, eu estava com certa dúvida sobre o hotel, mas, quando chegamos lá na recepção , vimos um local simples, de fato, mas extremamente bem cuidado, organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Fomos MUITO bem recebidos lá, todos os funcionários atenciosos e hiper simpáticos em todos os momentos. O quarto seguia o mesmo padrão da recepção, super bem cuidado e limpinho. As camas eram confortáveis, bem como o resto da instalação. Apesar de não ter ar condicionado no quarto, tínhamos uns aquecedores que, mesmo que não muito potentes, para mim, foram suficientes - não passamos frio mesmo no inverno. Não chegamos a tomar café da manhã pois sempre saíamos muito cedo, mas eles nos entregavam um saquinho com um sanduíche gostoso, algumas bolachas, barrinha de cereal e suco. O hotel conta com local para lavar roupas e varal, e todos os funcionários sempre se colocam à disposição para ajudar os hóspedes. A localização é ótima, na rua principal, a Caracoles, e, pelo que oferece, tem um custo bem justo, mais barato do que alguns dos hotéis de lá. O banho é muito quente e eventualmente é complicado de ajustar a água para que ela não fique tão quente, mas isso em nada prejudica a experiência no hotel. O hotel tem alguns cachorrinhos que moram lá, é um local bem agradável.

Atendimento ótimo, todos os funcionarios muito educados e prestativos. É um local muito amigavel, com uma vista linda. Gostaria de enfatizar que os cachorros dão ainda mais alegria ao ambiente, pois são doceis e carinhosos, e faz com que a gente se sinta em casa. Com certeza, voltaremos la algum dia, para conseguirmos aproveitar a piscina ótima que tem. A localização dele é muito boa, pois estamos a 1min do centro, com varios restaurantes proximos.
