"Oh, yes we had a great stay at Centera. The staff was wonderful in all ways; courtesy, responsiveness, anticipated our needs, timeliness and always with a smile. The room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious and well prepared with a wide variety of choices. Our Romantic Beach dinner was very special. I purposed."

"Everything you need all around you, excellent transport links. Fro airport get pick up trucks, 10 baht into centre.
Please stop people putting clothes on beds next to pool and not using beds, 3 days 3 beds like this from morning whilst people upstairs on other sunbeds until mid afternoon.
Also if room on North side you are 20m from side of scool, tannoys start playing music anytime after 7.30 am, rousing mudic and snthem 7.55 then anouncement ALL DAY AND LOUD and kids being kids, and we like them they waved to us snd we to them, make noise.
No mention of this in other reviews.
Location fantastic, everything you need all around you and great food across the block at little food court.

"Aging property that looked like it had been ‘renovated’ but didn’t look like the photos. Not well maintained, holes in bedsheets, bathroom had smell like stale wastewater which receptionist/maintenance staff offered to change room but we didn’t want to move so she brought room freshener and poured detergent down drain which helped. Bathroom windows were fixed open to the outside air which made it hot and humid, also no hand soap provided. There was no complimentary teabags only instant coffee but she gave us 2 tea bags when we enquired. Overall served us as a great convenient location for 1 night as there was a large shopping centre within walking 5 minutes distance and night markets 5-10 minutes drive."
