"Rooms clean. Staff friendly on arrival and departure Saved our bags the next day which was great Only 1 plug in bedroom & 1 in the bathroom - for a family of 3 we managed for 1 night. Eco friendly hotel which was nice to see and makes you use less water etc 20 to funicular. 10 mins from train station No noise from trains which was good "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either). "

"Really helpful staff who were on hand to help us when needed. Rooms were spacious and very clean, with all the things you need for a short break. Lovely breakfast provided and good location with shops, cafés and bars around the horel. All in all, a great find and definitely recommend."
