Escribimos por Expedia cuatro días antes para avisar que no podíamos ir y nunca contestaron. Nos contactaron por Whatsapp y no respondieron cuando pedimos cambiar a otro fin de semana, aclarando que no fuera largo ni feriado, alegando que debíamos hablar con Expedia. No solo no tuvieron la mínima flexibilidad para acompañar el problema que tuvimos sino que nos dejaron sin contestar el chat, lo cual constituye una descortesía y falta de profesionalismo.

Experiencia muy mala

La experiencia no es buena: Al reservar el email claramente indica que nos comuniquemos con la posada 72 hs antes para coordinar la llegada. Me canse de llamar a los dos teléfonos que publican en diferentes horarios, jamas nadie ne respondió. A la habitación le faltaba mantiniemto, llame y me indicaron qie ya enviaban a la persona, vino a los 5 minutos me dijo ya regreso, nunca regreso! Despues de dos horas reclamé nuevamente ya con un tono de enojo y me respondieron que esa persona ya se habia retirado que me enviaban al de turno. Finalmente se solucioono. Por la noche nos llevamos 2 dvd siendo que la habitación no tiene un tv smart para ver películas. Solocitamos mediante el WhatsApp de contacto a la recepción que nos indiquen el modo de poder ver las películas porque jamas pudimos verlas . El contacto nuestro a la recepción arranco a las 22 hs, ya cansados de una respuesta, las 23.30 apagmos la tv y nos fuimos a dormir al dia siguiente la recepcionista mos pide disculpas siendo que recien habia visto nuestro mensaje. Respecto de la comida: Es de medio pelo falta elaboración no es de buena calidad y los helados son pésimo. Al tomarlos tenian hielo eso implica que son de agua y no de crema, un desastre. En terminos generales a la posada le falta muchoooooo mantenimiento, claramente NADIE controla el servicio que brindan desde la limpieza de habitación a el resto de los servicios. Extremadamente caro para lo que ofrecen. Mucha fama , pero un desastre en general.

Vale la pena para una escapadita. Pero falta limpieza en los balcones y ciertos sectores. Podrian estar habilitados los jacuzzi que están en las piscinas exteriores. Si funciona la piscina por qué no el jacuzzi que está a un metro al aire libre?. Tuvimos que bajar 2 valijas grandes por escalares y pasillos angostos

Agradable estadia

Por resoluciones municipales nos mencionaron que no estaba habilitada la piscina cubierta, gym ni spa. Tiene dos piscinas externas una de ellas con varias hojas que podrian mantener de manera cosntante. El personal muy correcto y agradable. En general pasamos una muy linda estadia.

Me cobraron dos veces el alojamiento por un lado en la tarjeta de crédito con la q hice la reserva me lo cobraron en dólares y cuando llegamos allá me lo cobraron en efectivo xq dijeron era una oferta

Buena piscina climatizada y espacios en general. Lamentable el estado del gimnasio y muy poco conveniente los horarios estrictos o el uso del spa con pago aparte y horarios limitados. Fui a relajarme y por momentos senti que era un servicio militar. Buenas instalaciones externas pero no sirven ni comidas ni nada alli cosa tambien incomodoa.no hay servicio a habitacion.
