The rooms are equipped with stove and fridge etc. There was no water provided in fridge , you would have to provide own. The breakfast was nice but at the time we stayed the coffee machine didn’t work and no near by cafe to get a morning coffee. "The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."

"The hotel is nice and looks new. Very thin walls though. The staff was great. The only thing that’s a little weird for me is that, why should their guests throw out the garbage themselves? Even the non-recyclable waste. ..otherwise it was a pleasant stay. "
