No fui,no tenia intencion de alojarme ahí, pero no realicé la cancelación ya que no tenía registro de haber hecho una ahí ,y nunca recibí un mail del establecimiento, ni llamada,con anticipación a la fecha.(sí del resto de los lugares que consulte ) Esa noche,después de las 20hs, Ines,la encargada ,empezó a enviar whatsapp preocupada porque no llegaba y avisando que hasta las 22hs. había personal para recibirnos. Según ella,no se comunocaron antes porque expedia no le pasa los datos con anticipación. Cosa que no es cierta.y que me correspondía abonar el 100%de la reserva, cuando solo es el 50%más iva.,y así lo cobraron de la tarjeta de crédito que tienen registrada.

La ubicación es inmejorable las áreas verdes están bien por el precio creo que es imperdonable que no exista una pileta no deberían haber tantas restricciones para que los niños puedan jugar y definitivamente debe mejorar el problema de El ruido que genera el caminar en el segundo piso ya que pareciera que fuera a derrumbarse.

Hermosas y cómodas cabañas

Las cabañas están hermosas y comodisimas. El personal súper atento y el lugar hermoso. Lo único es que al ser de madera todo truena día y noche.

Dudoso sobre las intenciones de la administradora

En general las cabanas son aceptables. No me gusto que al llegar la encargada me quiso cobrar mas con la excusa de que yo no habia indicado el numero de pasajeros. Inmediatamente le mostre la pagina de hotels.com donde claramente indicaba el numero de pasajeros. Ella insistio en que el precio era muy bajo y que tendriamos que re-negociar. Al mantener mi posicion, ella indico que iba a llamar a hotels.com para ver que paso. Eventualmente no me cobro mas, pero las intenciones de esta persona no me gustaron. Me pregunto si otra persona menos preparada para demostrar su negociacion con hotels.com terminara pagando mas.
