"I enjoyed staying at the Monarch. It is the best hotel in the Dagupan area and you cannot beat the price either. My mom was wheel-chair bound and the staff were very professional and accommodating in helping her."

"Room is in good condition, staff/s are nice and accommodating but the place is too expensive for a provincial inn. The place is far from restaurants and stores. The place is difficult to locate and Google Maps got confused about the location. Not recommendable for a longterm stay. And not accepting cards. Pricing in expedia is different when its paid on cash."
