The hotel is very clean, very quiet, We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Santa Cruz. Definitely will stay at this hotel when we visit San Luis again.

We got there at 11:00 pm and come to find out they did not accept credit or debit cards. What to do then? We luckily had cash. It wouldn't have been so bad but the young lady who came to explain wasn't the nicest. They did not clean our room, had no hand soap, and no trash can in the room besides in the restroom. Not staying here again.

My booking actually didnt go through but said they had suite which worked out my uncle and aunt got the other room. The staff when booking said the room is so mamy pesos we asked him what is it in dollars. He said $150 25 for deposit. We gave them $175.00 dollars. He said we would get the deposit back after the key return. Then in the next morning we went to get the deposit back it was $14s dollars we got back. Flat lie. That is number 1 mistake. For asuite, it should have spoons, forks, at least a coffee maker and all they had was 2 coffee cups .dont book there.
