There was a chemical smell and feel in the room. The staff was good. The area was super noisy. Chatting outside the room woke my kid up at 7 am. Church bells woke us up as well. There was a cockroach in the sheets. We didn’t see it until the next day. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was nice and polite. However the room was in bad condition, outdated and needing attention. The top bed cover was heavily stained, power outlets were not easily accessible and the covers were missing. The bathroom was bad lighted, toilet holder was broken and felt eerie. For the price this is not near the condition I was expecting. The pool looked nice but that was not important to us. Would not stay there again.

Overall it was a great stay. It was very nice and clean. My only disappointment was that in the lobby area the restroom has little pieces of toilet paper folded to use not a roll of paper and no paper towels in the dispensary it sounds like I’m complaining but it’s a good hotel how are you going to have little folded toilet paper no soap and 2 sheets of paper towels.

The property advertisement show a restaurant and they dont have one. They only have room service. The pictures show nice rooms and the interior of mine it was very basic. Cost benefit for the property it is not worth it. I On the good side, the staff at check in and check out it was very professional. It was a convenient location to spend one night.

The “suite” was nothing special to be honest just like a regular hotel thin walls the balcony was really small , was expecting more luxury paying more than 200$ for 1 night for a last minute hotel I’ll come back for a cheaper price.

This hotel is far from being a good hotel. The bathroom would not flush properly. The sink and shower drain were clogged and water drain very slow. Its located at a main road and you can hear the vehicles driving by all day and night. I also believed this was a family friendly hotel, but it was not. There was some one next to our room that was not family friendly at all. We comtacted the hotel staff about it,and they said there was nothing they can do. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, try another one before you stay here.

Only 2 towels for a 2 person stay. No washcloths, no hand towels and NO floor mat/towel in the bathroom. The noisy was unbearable, housekeepers were very active in the morning.

I made my reservation through Expedia around 5:30-6:00 a.m. paid for it and it was confirmed by the app that the room was booked, and I received my confirmation to my email at 5:44 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel and provided the reservation’s name, the reception desk clerk said that the reservation was not received and she said that Expedia’s system was having issues and we should contact them because there was nothing she could do. I told her that it was already paid for and Expedia did not give refunds and I was not canceling so it needed to be fixed. She insisted that it was Expedia’s fault and we needed to see if it came through. I tried to contact expedia, but I couldn’t find a phone number so I had to stick with the “virtual agent,” which I give a Zero rating for my issue. Then a second clerk got involved and she saved the day. She made a phone call and got the reservation through. All I can say, this was the third time we use the hotel and this last time was scary, I thought I lost my money. Other than this, the rest of the staff were great, specially the buffet area, very nice people and the food is delicious.
