We were a family of five with two small kids and we had an amazing stay. The grounds had a very nice playground area. Francisco and Hugo were so helpful and went above and beyond to arrange our transportation to different places. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and the service all around was fantastic. The rooms were clean and Norma at the front desk was very nice.

Everything was so nice. They realized I was with my grandmother and needed the first floor and accommodated for that.
