Problem was the hotel was under construction which was very disappointing, could not have happy hour in the evening or breakfast in the morning was on the second floor wih no place to eat. This was not disclosed when booking the room on line. Paid full price, but only received part of the services due to construction. Was disappointed being a IHG member.
