「La Casa Blanca de Vigan is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city. The rooms are excellent and give off a 5-star vibe, while still keeping that charming ancestral Vigan feel. 「Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning.」
