Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great.

Staff was friendly, parking was available directly in front of hotel. Floor boards on way to room squeaked, but did not hear anyone walking outside our door.

Hotel Victoriano is a gorgeous hotel. They take really great care of the grounds and the hotel itself. Everyone that worked there was amazing. Carlos was especially helpful. I would highly recommend waiting to book expeditions and car services until you talk to him. I could have saved so hundreds of dollars (literally) had I known him before booking this trip. You are close to everything you need to be close to, everything is within walking distance so it is easy to run in and out. Also, I would recommend getting a room with an ocean view, even though my room was nice I wish I had booked an ocean view.

Nous avons adorés cet hôtel de style colonial en face de la plage. Je n'ai pas aimé pouvoir aérer la chambre car toutes les fenêtres sont condamnées. Et nous avons trouvés le petit déjeuner très léger juste l'omelette 3 tartines et une cuillère de pommes de terres sautées, et le cafē. Pas de fruit, pas de jus de fruit et c'est nous qui avons demandés un verre d'eau car ce n'etait même pas prévu.

Beautiful old building overlooking the ocean. The staff was great. They were extremely polite and helpful. The only issue for us was the noise during the night. There were some loud guests in the hallway and It sounded like someone was drilling above us until midnight. We had to get up at 5 so it ended up being a short night of sleep.

Manager lie requested to pay a taxi driver $50 to take me to the beach addition to pay for towels since the hotel towels were only available for the pool and not for the beach. Manager’s husband is a taxi driver and wants the tourists to pay crazy amounts for the taxi besides the hotel has the transportation included or complementary without charge she indicated that the only way to go to the beach was by taxi. The hotel should be 1 to 2 stars but they claim the have 4 stars. Expedia advertising and great reviews for a poor service and lies once you get to the hotel Don’t book this place, stay away / no beach access/ as they claim and charge as a 4 star hotel
