「The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room.
