"Place is very old, AC units make loud sounds so we can't sleep peacefully. Doors don't open or close properly. Beds make sounds with normal sleep movements. Hotel was large and no guidance on how to reach our rooms was provided. Heard some door knocks during the night, felt very unsafe"
