The front desk was not very warm which was off because everywhere else everyone was so kind. I was excited I was staring at a hotel bc my phone screen went blank and had no phone access so was sure I would get help from the hotel staff at check in but they didn’t seem to care to help me make local calls or anything. At one point there was only one person at the check in… he was overwhelmed and hung up the phone on me when I called to ask for towels since my room didn’t have any. I had to go to the front and get my own towel which he then gave me a pool towel and didn’t even apologize for his poor behavior. Lady who checked me out at 4 Am on April 28th was amazing I wish she was the one who helped me check in. There was a market 10 min walking distance which was great since I only spent 1 night and needed a few things. The steak at Quattro resto on site was amazing and so was the waiter. No answer on the phone for customer service, for room service, or from the restaurants on site I had to go.
