Nice stay... but too short!

Great stay- after our possessions were robbed from our truck in a bonded storage facility (el coco almacen fiscal- beware) we stayed in this hotel which was lovely. Breezy night, lots of great plant life and a few birds, and a nice overall vibe. The manager was very kind and made us feel welcome. Great breakfast, which was included in the cost.

Nice hotel but nobody could find it!

Great hotel. German college interns always available and very helpful. Only drawback, nobody, including cab drivers, could find this place. We stayed 2 nights and BOTH nights we journeyed out only to find that taxi drivers had no idea where this place was and that was AFTER showing them the address card that the hotel had given us. Very Weird.

Okay, but little around to do.

To take a taxi from SJO may cost $40+, hard to say really as no one knows where it is. I took the bus into the city and then took another In the direction of the hotels location (not Santa Ana). This was a bad move. Looking at Google maps shows where it is but, not the gradients of the area! The area is on the side of a mountain, that's not to say it has unlimited vistas however. So a vehicle is required even without bags. Not to bang on; it's horses for courses, just a difficult location for some.

Notre réservation n a pas été prise en compte mais par chance il restait une chambre avec des fourmis dans le lavabo. L accueil est bon .
