The picture didn’t reflect the condition of the rooms. Breakfast was okay. Staff was helpful and the location is easily accessible to downtown through public transport.

The good: Friendly staff. The bad: The TV had no signal and could not be fixed, odd smell, socks turned black from walking on the floor. Pictures did accurately represent the room. The ugly: There was black mold in the bathroom, chewed gum on the end table upon arrival, and a streak of reddish brown unknown stain on the chair. Perhaps they are short staffed, perhaps it was because I booked third party. I do know this one of the last rooms available. Regardless, for around $175 a night, one would hope to find themselves in a more well kept room.

The staff was super friendly . The rooms were dirty . Bathroom was falling apart , toilet not put on properly , the shower was tore up , shower curtains all messed up bathtub faucet was practically broken , room smelled like old smoke . Carpets not vacuumed & black stains on our blankets . We had left for the day asked for a house keeping and new pillows and no one ever came to clean the room and they didn’t even have xtra pillows . The rooms were a 2/10 not the greatest ( at least our room was pretty bad ) the front staff was friendly tho

Horrible gross drug infested hotel

This hotel is trash. They gave me a room that was filled with mold, blood stained beds, shower head broken, walls dirty like someone played in mud. Room next door had smokers and its was a supposed non smoking room. Room was filled with cognate smoke. I asked to be moved they put up a fight with me. Tried to make me move up stairs mins you I’m in a wheel chair half time. No elevators. They do not accommodate. A male tried to bust down my door for two nights in a row. Office did absolutely nothing about it. They are rude. I have videos and and proof of the lady working front desk becoming very aggressive and rude. Do not recommend you take your family or kids to this place.

My family of four stayed for three nights in a ground-level room near the parking lot entrance. Unfortunately, the room had a strong cigarette smell, and we found ashes by the window, which we reported to the front desk. The floor had debris, and housekeeping had to come back to clean. The pillows were flat, the sheets had stains, and we felt crumbs in the bed, making comfort an issue. The TV was not a smart TV and only had Dish Network, limiting our viewing options. The pictures on Expedia didn’t match the room, which was disappointing, but the location was convenient for our trip to Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz. Breakfast was basic with no protein options, just muffins, juice, cereal, toast, and a waffle maker. The pool looked fine but not like the online photos. There were some bystanders walking through the lot and people sitting in cars playing loud music. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which improved the stay.

The staff was very nice but I would never go back. The carpet looked like it may have been involved in a major crime scene from "Criminal Minds," and I was almost certain a possible episode was being reenacted in at least 3 or 4 rooms, the second-floor walkway, both stairwells and a decent part of the parking lot. I brought my children (aged 10 - 15). Unfortunately, going on the photo, I thought it was a great spot, so they had their own room... I literally couldn't sleep because I worried about them the whole night. Our AC didn't work, the bathroom was gross, and also contained very suspicious stains. The pipes made a God awful high pitch squeal for about 2 hours. The shower/tub faucet was broken. The coffee maker was broken. Hair dryer - you guessed it... Broken. There was construction happening, so we couldn't park anywhere near our room. I thought the hot tub looked nice - but discovered it was the pool! But it was clean and looked very inviting. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and I felt sorry for what they have to deal with. We got a ton of TV channels through direct TV I believe it was, so that was nice as well.
