I booked this hotel online for my father during a very difficult time, as his sister had just passed away. Even without speaking to anyone beforehand, the staff made sure every detail of his stay was taken care of. A special thank‑you to Maryi, who went above and beyond to ensure he felt supported and comfortable the moment he arrived. My father was extremely pleased with the food, the service, and the kindness he received throughout his stay. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Truly exceptional service when it mattered most.

This new hotel is AMAZING in all the extent of the word Hospitality. Super clean, amazing comfortable rooms, the pool is a dream place by itself, the Spa under the magic hands of Sandra's incredible massage is a must go. The most important feature is the Staff. Starting with Luz Acevedo (General Manager) with incredible customer service excellence and most important available to guests concerns, your day starts with an amazing breakfast, usually under the superb attention of Santiago who will make sure your breakfast is an extraordinary experience. He makes you feel a friend of the house. Front desk with Alejandra who will guide you to the best restaurants in town with a smile that will bright your day, and assist immediately with any stay concerns. Jesus, Overseeing the whole operation is kind of a magician resolving everything with kindness a smile and professionalism. Olga in House keeping makes sure your room is perfect and smell like a garden of flowers every day and Yanaira is an incredible young lady that together with Fabian and Faiber, will be there for you at the restaurant (amazing place) to make your experience upgraded to a 5 stars. Of course there is more staff at the hotel and all of them are amazing. if you are ever in Cucuta, Colombia, this hotel is definitely the right place to enjoy your stay. This Hotel has better Guest customer service that some 5 stars hotels. I totally recommend it. Thank you Faranda Collection Hotel Cucuta family for an amazing stay
