「If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.」

「We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. The only downside happened on a day we went for a long hike. We returned absolutely exhausted and looking forward to an early night, but the hotel played loud music until 111:30pm (it was a Friday). 「The room was excellent proportions, the bathroom was extremely clean and I had plenty of towels. The bed was Fantastic with a great mattress and an array of pillows. Great amenities, such as a kettle, tea and coffee. I would certainly return to this hotel if I was returning to Altea」
