"The breakfast was superb with both buffet style and made to order stations despite being the off season. The staff was also wonderful and patient with less than educated Spanish speaking, and they go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable. Just a couple of minor issues with going through the front gate, so keep the hotel phone handy, and we found out that if you have the shower exterior door locked and shut the bedroom door, you've locked yourself out. Take the key with you...."

"We have stayed here twice now and love it. Best place to watch the sunset!! The location is perfect for us as we like to stay a little away for the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco. Uber is working great now and downtown is less than 5 minute ride when you want to go. The two pools are very nice and are located near the restaurant and beach. Staff at the Tiki Bar are awesome plus the food is amazing! Breakfast is included and does not disappoint! There are several other restaurants within walking distances and a store across the street that has basically everything. Resort could use a little updating in the rooms BUT they are super clean and the bed is comfortable. This year we stayed in the Junior Suite as we wanted a mini refrigerator. We enjoyed the balcony and the large shower. Jacuzzi tub was not used and is a little odd being in the middle of the room. Great value for the money and definitely would recommend."

"This hotel has a fantastic staff, great accommodations, and was a lot of help in making our trip a breeze. Fabian was a huge help in organizing our transportation to and from the San Jose airport. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The pool was in great condition as well as the surrounding chairs and cabanas. Rooms were clean and had cold A/C. The hotel itself is only a couple minute walk to the beach and the main Jaco bar and restaurant strip. It is steps away from a local restaurant, convenience store, and grocery store. Would recommend this hotel to anyone for a short or long term stay while in Jaco!"
