「It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. I'd still highly recommend it.」

「Fantastic customer service from the moment i checked in. Carlos, Sariya and Marisol were Fantastic. Carlos even gave us an evening tour of the lush groubds to searxh for exotic animals. I perfect place to stay to explore the Mayan ruins. Highly recommend this wonderful, beautiful property.」
