"There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."
