Parking lot dirty, many things in room didn’t work including toilet and phone, things broken like the lock on door. Staff was rude, except a nice Samoan woman who was working. No one liked to answer the phone.

The room was ok at first glance, but after being there for the first half hour we noticed all the broken or damaged things in the room. The doors heavy duty lock was broken and “fixed” with a broken piece of wood and was wobbly, the phone didn’t work, the floor in the bathroom was pulled up like ripped in the middle of the floor, the toilet didn’t work. I went to the office to trade rooms and the nice Samoan woman took time to help me into another room, even though they were booked up. She is the main reason I gave a second star. The second room wasn’t much better but I was told that I’d have to be checked out and find somewhere else to stay if the room didn’t work for me. I got into the second room and was fine because I thought the toilet flushed, but when flushed it kind of just circled the water around, we had to poor water into the bowl for a complete flush. The phone didn’t work in This room either. When I called the office no one EVER answered. The pillows were hard and the mattresses uncomfortable. Spiderwebs were around the window, line it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the parking lot was filthy.

Honestly, this was the worst motel I’ve ever been to. Pretty much everything that could go wrong went wrong. We paid for parking and there were no spaces available. The room smelled STRONGLY of smoke. We woke up to a cockroach on the wall. The shower was falling apart (looked like it was from an abandoned building). The door wouldn’t open at first and I had to walk back to reception. When checking in, I was told to wait until the person in front of me went to their car to get something. That took a few minutes and we were all just awkwardly standing there without being helped. There was an outdoor side table as indoor furniture in the room. There were HUGE dark stains on the floor, and the carpet felt like it was multiple layers of carpet installed on top of each other (it was also a slanted floor). We only stayed for 6 hours, and I believe this is a straight up health hazard. I honestly want my money back.

I had to move rooms 3 different tomes because each room had issues. First room had nasty water coming up from the sink, the second rooms shower did not work, the 3rd room was a non-smoking but still smelt like musty cigarettes. Rooms were not the best.

Very poor experience. My wife and I were travelling around West Coast and decided to make a late night stop at this specific hotel on our drive back home. Incredibly rude staff. Tried to explain to staff and showed them a receipt for the 1 king bedroom I paid for that was guaranteed. I was told that there are no 1 king bedrooms on this property, and was forced to pay extra for the 2 queens. (False advertising) 10 minutes into being at the hotel, my wife managed to take a video and photos of multiple insects and cockroaches in our room AND around the hotel. Very noisy property. Worst travelling experience I have ever had. Would not recommend.

I paid and traveled to hotel to find they would not accept my paper copy of my Illinois ID. I then paid for a 2nd Uber to a superior hotel a few miles away but it costs much more. Loved my stay at the "rescue" hotel. Travel Lodge falling off my list for now.
