The WORST hotel in San Francisco
The worst experience of hotel I have ever live. There are so many homeless enter this hotel directly and walk in the aisle all day. There is a homeless just lying in front of my door and knock my door with weird laugh. The elevator is broken, you need to carry your luggage by yourself via stairs. The sound insulation is really really bad, and cannot sleep without earplugs.

Worst hotel in my life
遊民、乞丐自由在飯店內走動,走廊上還有醉漢在發酒瘋,大麻味從通風管流出來。 飯店的床是歪的,馬桶內還有清潔人員的橡膠手套。 電梯是故障的,要搬行李上下樓梯,非常糟的飯店,超屌。 If you want to experience 3rd world country, try this hotel.

房間小小的,沒有冰箱,電梯很老式。 但是地點接近市中心,走路去哪都方便,稍遠一點的地方就搭UBER 以這個價錢來說也沒有什麼好挑剔的,附近也有很多便利商店超市可以買飲料食物

Except no hotel parking and under renovation, otherwise it is a good place to stay. Clean inside, very closed to union square, good price for a hotel in downtown area.

酒店的硬件设施实在不敢恭维。酒店老旧,正在装修,非常脏。而且信用卡机坏了,要求现金付款,非常不方便。但是服务态度还不错,而且也尽力提供信息帮助。

well... the position is one of the best thing of the hotel. its pretty close to the union square. however, the hotel is under construction when we visit and noisy in the morning. hate the heater nearby the bed

交通十分便利,位于Post Street,离Union Square,Powell Street地铁站也不远 但酒店设施十分陈旧,电梯是我见过最老的电梯,到达楼层后还需要自己把电梯门拉开,就像黑白电影里的一样......

Hotel em péssimas condições
Elevador não funciona. Cheiro ruim no carpete das escadas e corredor. Demora na entrega da chave do quarto. Não foi feita limpeza do quarto em nenhum dos dois. Quarto muito pequeno. Ninguém para ajudar a carregar as malas.

Post Hotel in Post Street San Francisco
Post Hotel had two main out of order facilities. The commercial bottled water cola etc cabinet was out of order and if as I did put in a payment and pressed a number to obtain a bottle it said unavailable! No deposit refunded! When reported the management was unhelpful. The Post Hotel ATM was also out of order.

Elevator was out, had to walk up 4 flights. Sign elevator was over a month old. No hot water in shower. When i complained, the desk said leave water running to 10-15 minutes.

L'hôtel est bien placée mais pas de parking. Il faut compter 40$ la journée 3 rue plus loin. Au 5 étage il fait une chaleur à s'en étouffé manque de chance c'était mon étage. Assenceur en pâne depuis longtemps je pense , Et le lit extrêmement mou. 2 serviettes pour 4.

Not stay here!! Bad customer attention
Elevator was not working. No one help me with my luggage (my room was on 5th floor and I had 2 large bags). For the checkout, receptionist told me night before that I can ask for help and they would have someone to help me... of course that the ext day when I leave (morning) there were no one that can help me. Kitchen was really Poor, hours to use, after that is closed. No fridge, oven not working. I asked for HOT WATER (just for a tea), and they told me that they haven’t..... I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. No stay here!!!! I asked for a discount and they didn’t understand me (yeah of course)

Not worth the hassle
Staff was very rude. Upon arrival, I was informed that there would be a $400 deposit for a one night stay. I am a clean-cut professional so it does not seem that I was singled-out. When commented that the amount we unusually high, the clerk said: "well then you don't have to stay here." I chose to stay elsewhere as this was a sign of difficult owners. Five-star hotels do not require such a ridiculously large deposit, and this is an economy hotel.

Pleasant stay
I really enjoyed my two night stay. I had the small room but it was perfect with grid, sink, desk and tv. Bed was comfy and sheets and towels were surprisingly of good quality and the wood laminate floors.The hallway was vacuumed and the toilet was cleaned early each morning 👍. Reception was nice. Great location. It’s a gem!I will return.
