We are sorry for the water pressure issue that we experienced but fortunately it was quickly remedied. The Urban Amenity Fee is disclosed on all of our booking channels so that the customer is aware of the full cost of the stay. The "American" Continental Breakfast includes assorted pastries/bread, juices, fresh whole fruit and coffee/tea. The fee also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness room access, welcome fortune cookies, a 5 Grab and Go voucher, our FloWater purified water station, daily Continental Breakfast and Happy Hour and a 10% discount at Cafe de la Presse and Amorino.
