The property is very clean, with easy beach access and close to the city center. The restaurant staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The only issue is a young woman at the entrance who is extremely unfriendly and even aggressive when speaking, everyone else was very kind.

Right on the beach with convenient parking and proxity to the malecon. It exceeded our expectations. San Felipe isn't a fancy place, nor is Victor's, but they're both clean and quiet, which make them an excellent first stop on your drive down the Baja. Don't forget to fuel up before heading south!

The property is well maintained, and quite clean. Its proximity to the beach is great. But we were kept awake most of the night by other guests. Some were exploding M-80's nearby on the beach. There were also 16 motorcyclists staying at the bungalows next to us, who were loudly drinking and partying until early in the morning. I approached the cyclists at one point and asked if they'd mind moving their party to the beach. They were hostile and told me to go away. At any other hotel or motel, the staff would recognize that their guests are being disturbed by after-hours noise levels. Victor's staff did nothing, they didn't seem to care. If you want to raise hell and do anything you want all night, Victor's is your place. But if you want a good night's sleep, you should look elsewhere.

The view is unobstructed and magnificent. Footsteps to a white sandy beach. The ocean is surprisingly warm and receptive. All in all my family gives a heartfelt 9.9 ( maybe an extra towel ) away from perfect. Did I mention the restaurant? Great food and service !
