Homeless around the hotel area. It was horrible. Cockroaches and mice are everywhere. There are ants on the bedsheet. The services are horrible. Like horrible. The room services came at 4pm. They only made our bed. They didn’t bring new towels or replace our trash can.

I don't like this hotel for two reasons. First, one of their employee said they provide local transportation when I called in before I booked the rooms, but actually they said they don't and never have an employee said something like that. It pissed me off. Second, it was so loud on the second night. the people of my next room were like having a party, they were singing, laughing, talking out loud continually few hours until the mid-night almost close to 01:00am. We couldn't rest well until we called the front desk then they sent security came over. It was very bad experience for staying two nights over there.

Our stay was wonderful. Check-in was fast and the employee at the front desk was very kind. The room was very nice with a microwave and fridge which is always a necessity for me. It was close distance to 3 restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Love that the hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining options. Easily walkable. Only 5 ish minutes from sea world. Convenient for most everything. Just sad the pool isnt open yet.

Check in and check out was very quick which I highly appreciate especially because of my special needs child. Room was clean and we had all the necessities. I wish they had a smart TV. Only option they had was to connect your device with HDMI cable to stream.

Location to Pechanga theater is awesome and walking distance. We stayed in building A and both elevators were broken and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had no hot water for our shower. When I asked the staff to fix they suggested we use an unoccupied room to shower.

The property had some construction so we noticed some areas that were not up to date in our room like the bathroom door and the parking. But overall a nice convenient stay!

First I paid Expedia for the property stay and now the hotel has charged my credit card again. I called to fix it and was told call my bank. Why should I have to deal with it when it’s there mistake. No bath towels the night before my leave and the side tables were never washed off.
