We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, and it was a terrible experience from the start. On the first night, we were terrified when someone tried to open our door at 3 AM and didn’t stop for nearly five minutes. We panicked and didn’t think to call the front desk right away, but when I finally reached them, they told me the situation had been handled and assured me the person had left the premises.
The next day, the front desk promised to move us to a room closer to them for our safety. We were out exploring the city and came back late, hoping for a more secure night. To our surprise, they moved us to a room with NO working air conditioning and NO functioning phone line. After all the trouble, there was no proper room available for us to transfer to.
This was the WORST experience ever. Guests do NOT deserve this kind of treatment—especially after paying for a stay. Completely unacceptable!
