DO NOT STAY HERE!! My husband & I walked into our room and within 10 seconds knew we could not stay. The sheets were dirty. The window was open. The walls dirty with foot prints. I had to kill a bug. The restroom was atrocious. Spend the money & go elsewhere, BEWARE!!

Room 321. The room was filthy, dirty grey linen. Bathroom discusting, the tub was dirty and the drain was rusty marks on the walls. No view it looked out on a wall. Size of a closet. I will never again pre pay and book on line with Expedia! Very, very disappointed 😞

Honestly for the price, it's what you expect. Homeless people around the building and parking lot. Smells like smoke, even in our non-smoking room. Staff was nice and friendly, made check-in and check-out easy..as it was in the same 10 minutes. Solid stay for the price if that's what you're looking for.

The issues started well before I got into the room. The posting said there was parking - what it didn't say was that it was paid parking, although I should have checked. Then they told me I had to pay an extra daily 'utility' fee for 'water and stuff' I used, on top of what I had already paid through Expedia. I don't see how that's legal, let alone right If I didn't like it, they said, I could find another place (at near midnight). Inside the room -- electrical plug wire was frayed and bare and the sink faucet wasn't even caulked in (when I turned it on, the faucet moved by inches above the mounting). If you want pix, let me know.

Room and entire hotel were disgusting. Broken furniture, not renovated or cleaned properly. Carpeting in hallway was visibly dirty and smelled. This location should not even be an option on Expedia!

All staff I dealt with were polite, professional and had an upbeat demeanor. Arrived prior to check-in and front desk held my bags and called me when my room was ready. The facility is not maintained to a level I am use to at the other major chains and if my wife was alive she would have walked out the door and rated this POOR. The common area rugs were filthy with large areas of stains from passage and spills and the same paper and plastic debris on the 4th floor present for my 3 days stay. The room's linen was clean and there were no bugs, as expected. The bathroom door edge was sticky to the touch. The laminated table edges were lifted due to moisture contacting the particle board. The rooms one chair was dirty as evidenced when I wiped it with a damp wash cloth. One set of curtains had small holes and was hanging off its track. There were no shades to allow indirect light and the room only contained dark curtains that had to be kept drawn for simple privacy. As such the room was depressing due to my choice of privacy over outdoor daylight. The bathroom metal door frame was corroded with holes through on one side to a height of about 2 inches.

Room is just simple but clean (I'm 317) Just 2 bar of soaps, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No hair dryer. There's a TV though :) Hallways a bit old and dirty (carpet). Free coffee in the morning at the reception. But just get your coffee outside. There's a laundry area, washers and dryers, vending machine next to it. And a microwave. I suggest to buy your water from a supermarket. Staff are friendly. You get what you pay. Location is good.

The room was not the same as shown in the pictures. I was shown a different room than the one I reserved, and it was very dirty and old. There was dirt on the bed and the floor, and even the window was broken. I asked to change the room, but the second room was also dirty and the TV was not working. I did not stay at the hotel and checked out after a few minutes.

The staff was perfectly friendly and helpful, but the condition of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. First, I was sent to a filthy room upon my initial check-in. When I say filthy, I mean it: Dirty dishes and laundry strewn about the entire room. Worse was the door was left open, which presents a major security issue. Further, there was a latent chemical smell, which I can only conclude based on other reviews and my knowledge of the area is drug related. The front desk transferred me to another room right beside the first one. The second room was much better, however, after about 30 minutes, I noticed a towel hanging over the smoke detector, which is a likely indicator of drug use. Then, upon showering, I noticed the cleaning staff neglected to discard a piece of soap left by a previous guest. Hallway trash cans were often over flowing. Cigarette butts in the indoor/outdoor area just outside my room. Filthy carpeting throughout the entire hotel. BLACK in most places. It's obvious the details don't matter to the staff who, although friendly enough, aren't paid enough to detail clean what could be a great hotel. The adage that "It's just a Motel 6" is wild and incredibly disheartening. Do better because you can. Things like this shouldn't happen. Yes, the staff apologized for the room issues, but in all reality, my stay should AND could have been comped because of the aforementioned issues.
