Nice place to crash for one or two days. Close to downtown. In the heart of Little Italy. If you are not getting by car, think is a very good place to stay, close to mayor attractions by walk. Simple hotel room, just the necessary accommodations for a short stay.

This is a wonderful gem right in the middle of Little Italy. The room was thoughtfully arranged, much better than big name places near by. The people working there showed genuine hospitality--a rarity these days.

We liked it that the hotel is walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Little Italy. The harbor is not that far either if you have no trouble with walking.

Room was small and needed updating and repairs. You could hear traffic and activity in adjacent rooms. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. The hotel is okay for an overnight to go to the airport.

The room itself was clean, old building slowly replacing faucets and other items, moist mildew smell. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is really nice.

Room was impeccable. The facility has a weird smell maybe product of the mix of old structure and chemicals used to clean. Parking is small but if one gets one, it's a prime location. Staff is very friendly. I would totally go back if the price is right. I got a good deal when I went.

Room was clean as it should be. In the same time the fow from air conditioner is not adjustable, microwave was not connected to the power, I couldn't reach the receptacle behind refrigerator, so, was need to move the refrigerator that microwave cord can reach another receptacle. After all I couldn't move back the refrigerator due to cord blockage. Room have no cloth hangers but four hooks.

The only thing I would improve is the fact that you need to bring your own towels the towels on the property are so scratchy that you swear like you’re getting scratched by a back scratcher, the staff was amazing. The Housekeeper were fun. Front desk was very helpful when we had a problem with a clothing issue at the last minute all in all, I would stay there again, but I would just bring my own towel towels if you’re looking for something on the cheap and just need to stay and just gonna use it to lie your head for the night then I would definitely stay here

The maid service was terrible. I had to go find her to get fresh towels and toilet paper and the parking was not accommodating, was not enough spaces. And it was nothing like the pictures on their website..

The rooms are big but most of the stuff’s in there are not properly maintained. The faucet in the tub have yellow stains on them, it’s hard to turn on/off the water, the shower head is short. It seems like it’s made for a 5’5 person. The towels we had are disgusting. They have stains on them, I don’t think it was properly cleaned. Aside from that the location is great and there’s room for parking.
