It was a Hostel not a hotel. I tried to use google's search tools to avoid Hostels but this is very much a hostel. Blood stains on carpet, no bathroom for individual room, can feel the springs on the mattress, etc. No shampoos/soaps to use the (common) shower even (literally a paper telling you to buy them from 7-11)

Low cost reflects the stay/property. Showers were a little gross but it is what it is. Super great location though and easy to walk everywhere downtown, including Petco & the convention center.

needs work

Very old hotel with small rooms and without separate bathrooms. There was a sink in the room that I had. The shared bathroom cleanliness was not good. It smelled. At least it was priced at about 30-40% of the top business hotels.

This is a great place to stay as long as you know what you're signing up for. I had everything I needed and really enjoyed the novelty of staying in a historic hotel. I loved all the art in the hallways and the rooftop patio overlooking the street.

Ubicación bien pero no me gustaron los cuartos, está muy viejo. Los colchones están muy incómodos y viejos, hay mucho ruido de la calle. Entra mucha luz por las cortinas. Me equivoqué de cuarto y vi que mi llave abre otros cuartos. No me volvería a quedar..,

この地域はリゾート地ですので、どのホテルも非常に高額な宿泊費が必要ですが、このホテルは非常に良い立地にもかかわらずとても安い値段で宿泊できます。 気になった点 ・シャワー室、トイレ共同 ・バスタオル類交換はManagerに直接交渉（Manegarは常にホテル内に居るわけではないので会えるかどうかは運） ・下階からの演奏が地響きがするほどうるさい（22:00-2:00, 金、土曜日） ・アメニティ等何も無い、ドライヤー持ってく必要あり 良かった点 ・コンベンションセンターへは徒歩5分以内、付近レストランやスーパーあり立地はとても良い ・チェックインさえ終われば人とかかわることは無い、部屋清掃もちろん無いが逆に宿泊中はだれにも部屋に入られることは無い、チェックアウトする際にManagerの部屋ポストにカギを入れるだけ ・部屋には洗面台、冷蔵庫、電子レンジあり 神経質、潔癖症の人には絶対におすすめしませんが、共同部分の掃除もまあまあだと思いますしコスパは良いと思います。私は、次回も利用します。

Noise !!!

Weekdays were ok. But Friday and Saturday nights were unbearable. Not just loud noise ftom a band or d.j. below but the vibrations from the music went thru the bed !!! Cant believe the owner allowed s bar with music to open under his hotel.

de lo peor.

El establecimiento no cuenta con baño en la habitación y no decía nada de ello, aparte hay que subir unas escaleras super empinadas y no hay elevador. No habia como cancelar la reservación y en recepción no habia gente, cuando hubo no dejaron cancelar que se debia cancelar directamente en Hoteles.com y Hoteles que se debe cancelar con el establecimiento. Pésimo servicio y espantoso lugar.
