「It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.」

「Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views!
The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines.
The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out.
The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...
