"In-person, everything was amazing! There was this little old lady who didn't speak a lick of English, but I we got by with my basic spanish and she was so so sweet. She was accommodating and she was complimentary and she gave us advice on how to be safe in Guayaquil. The hotel and breakfast were great.
The only negative was that before our trip, Zayapa reached out and they tried to get me to pay on a sketchy app beforehand (we ended up just paying in cash in person) but it was stressful...

"The owners live on property and are friendly, helpful, and great at solving any question we had. Very fresh and tasty breakfast! Our room was large and had a huge balcony, which made it easy so spread out and also hang wetsuits and bathing suits to dry. Highly recommend!"
