Fantastic friendly staff. Found the rooms to be dated. Dinner was very good. Breakfast so so. We had an issue with the underfloor heating bento hot and had to sleep most the night with the ac on to cool us down.

The location of this hotel is amazing and views are incredible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I think the in room spa is not as useful as a large up to date spa facility. The breakfast was very good. The disappointment was that their pool /hot tub area was not on par for a luxury resort. Plastic lounge chairs. Old hot tub that wasn’t hot enough. They could make a huge upgrade by fixing that.

Amazing, will definitely come back many tiems!
Amazing, everything was better than I expected. The staff and services were superb. I will come back 100 times! The room was very spacious, with a private jacuzzi tub and a private sauna! Everything was clean. The mini fridge, electric kettle and microwave gave us a lot of freedom. On the days that we weren't hiking, we spent the day in the heated pool or going to the beach using the hotel's private entrance to the lake. Amazing in every way!

The Charming Lodge is exactly that - charming! The location is wonderful. Close to town and easy access to other points of interest, as well. It is right on the lake and the views are breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful - sweet, kind, and eager to please. The accommodations are wonderful. The food is AMAZING!

Maravilhosa. Só não foi melhor por choveu o dia todo em dos dias em que estivemos hospedados no hotel e não havia guarda-chuvas suficientes para todos os hospedes. O acesso até a recepção ou até o estacionamento era pela chuva mesma. Outra coisa que poderia melhorar: ficamos em um chalé duplo e entre o banheiro do meu quarto e a sala não havia porta. ficamos sem privacidade.

Hotel perfeito, com linda vista e ótimo serviço
Todos muito atenciosos. Pedi o upgrade que o site mencionou ser possível (hotéis.com gold) e que upgrade maravilhoso eles ofereceram! Suíte master, com saunas e banheira de casal! Café da manhã excelente e restaurante também, embora com opções restritas (como é a regra em Bariloche). Extremo conforto no quarto e muita privacidade também, pois os chalés são independentes. No último dia, meu marido precisou de atendimento médico e o hotel não nos cobrou as seis horas a mais que precisamos ficar. A equipe do hotel foi extremamente gentil em uma situação complicada. Não tenho dúvidas de que retorno para esse hotel em uma próxima estada em Bariloche.

Fantastic, unique hotel—can’t wait to go back!
Totally clean and wonderful property with spectacular views from the room and jacuzzi bathtub! The only imperfection was the occasionally slow service in the dining room where communication was sometimes a bit difficult.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The view from our room and also from the dining room was unbeatable. The only negative may be the many stairs to get to some rooms for people who have difficulty walking. We definitely would go back to this lodge and recommend it highly. We are experienced travelers.

I made a reservation to this hotel but could not go on those dates. Since I did not even receive a confirmation email from either the hotel or Expedia, I wrongly assumed the reservation was not confirmed. Imagine my surprise when I get my Visa statement and I am charged the full amount of the stay, over $1400! When I called Expedia the refused to help me stating that "they could not go against hotel policy". I emailed the hotel but received no answer whatsoever. I feel really ripped off. I will never use Expedia again and as far as this hotel: BUYER BEWARE! They are thieves!

Surpreendente, mas com pontos a melhorar.
Tudo otimo, equipe maravilhosa, ficamos em suite embaixo da recepcao, nos deu um pouco de dor de cabeca devido a ser casas de madeira, escutavamo muitos passos e arrastados de cadeira. Cafe da manha não se compara dos hoteis brasileiros, bem pouca coisa e simples. Mas vista incrivel, quartos excelentes, tudo em conformidades para viagem em casal.

Hotel muito bom. Pessoas muito solicitas e educadas, o quarto (suíte master 31) era excelente em todos os aspectos mas acredito que há outros com uma vista melhor já que a nossa era um pouco obstruída mas muito bonita também. Cama grande, confortável, bons travesseiros, muito espaço. Café da manhã bem gostoso. O restaurante do hotel é bom além de ficar bem perto do El Patagon que é um bom restaurante também. Recomendo e ficaria novamente principalmente em uma viagem de casal.

Incredible and well-named lodge on the lake
Incredible lodge. The rooms are magnificent, as are the grounds and the views. Wonderful access to the semi-private Playa Bonita. High-quality Euro-Argentine fusion food at the five star restaurant (The Stag) and wonderful Patagonian wines. (Try the Wapisa Malbec, which is affordable and delicious). And the staff tops it off with perfect service. Thank you!

The hotel is beautifully located by the lake with a “almost” private beach. The room we stayed in had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Overall I highly recommend!
