「It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.」

「Host is very caring and provides a lot of information about the city including dining and transport. 」

「Excellent stay and quite spacious! Rita was an amazing host, and her breakfast was quite filling. I’ll be going back for a cooking class! This location is also very quiet and private, which I appreciated.」

「The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this...

「Esperienza molto positiva, struttura stupenda e accoglienza ottima! Ritorneremo」

「Troppi rumori」

「Tutto perfetto」

「The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!」
