Pulizia non eccelsa soprattutto relativamente ai bagni anche dopo il servizio pulizia. Insopportabile odore di fogna nel bagno che rendeva praticamente impossibile stare in camera. Rumori provenienti dal piano di sopra negli orari di riposo pomeridiano che abbiamo più volte segnal

Un piacevole soggiorno

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mia madre e mia sorella. Camera vista mare. Pulizia camera e bagno perfetti. Colazione continentale con ampia scelta ed abbondante. Personale professionale, gentile e disponibile. È possibile raggiungere il centro del paese con autobus (ogni 15 minuti ) anche durante la notte. Ottimo anche il servizio in spiaggia.

Grand Hotel Excelsior

Great beachfront hotel on the promenade. Lovely outdoor pool and garden to relax in. Also has a rooftop spa with solarium, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and whirlpool. Deckchairs and umbrella on hotels own beach included in rate. Bike rental available . Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay and fantastic service

Hotel was more than accommodating. The staff went above and beyond. They let me put my truck in their garage where it was safe since my window was broken from someone in Rome robbing us. The room was nice and had lots of space. The shower was great and the toiletries were also nice. The breakfast was great and the waiters were very nice. The beach was perfect, no rocks it was all sand. My son had a blast.

We'll be back!!

We stayed at this hotel on our way to San Marino. We were very pleased with everything. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff pleasant and helpful, and the included breakfast was adequate. The hotel is steps to a beautiful beach and our room had a beautiful view of the ocean too. We will be back to enjoy this beautiful spot for a longer stay.

Bagno della camera ridicolo; per fare il bidè le gambe devono posizionarsi sotto il lavandino.Mattonelle e pezzi del bagno decisamente datati e da rinfrescare Frigo in camera vuoto, senza un cestino nella camera, senza calzascarpe. Colazione di qualità appena sufficiente

Posizione del hotel era buona però purtroppo del Excelsior ha soltanto il nome. Sono rimasta un po' deluso , mi aspettavo di meglio perché ho soggiornato nei altri alberghi Excelsior, ad esempio ad roma, ed è tutto un altra cosa:arredamenti, confort, servizi, quindi aspettavo molto di più. è un hotel un po' antico

Dejligt hotel. God beliggenhed mht spisesteder etc. Wifi var ret ustabilt. Omtalen på Hotels.com sagde, at alle værelser har mulighed for at lave kaffe. Det har de ikke.
