Parking: there is parking for maybe 10 cars on the street in front of the hotel (metered - dont bother with the app, it did not work), and then there is a lot under an overpass right next to the hotel, that ia 5 or 10 bucks a day. There is also valet parking for 35 bucks a night.
Breakfast: not bad for free, eggs, an additional protein like sausage. Also oatmeal, create your own waffle, fruit, muffins, coffee , and juices. Seemed like an ample amount even if you wake up late.
Cleanliness: this is pretty much my only complaint about the place - the hallways smelled like mildew, my guess is because people are running around the halls and not drying off after being in the pool but that would be quite a bit of water. Additionally, it seemed evident there isnt a pest service that comes daily as the outside by the pool had quite a lot of roaches. They were in the pool and outside the pool eating food dropped or just scampering around.
So although it is a great location and has good amenities, i likely wouldnt come back unless they somehow confirm they got the pest situation handled outside as a big reason i chose this hotel was for the pool and to be able to lounge outside. If not a big deal for you and you wont be hanging outside, its deffo a good rate and location and easy enough to find parking there or nearby.
