mediocre place

I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels., which is ok since we don't need them, but for anyone trying to stay here, remember to pack your own.

Room ok for the price, a bit on the older side . But hey you get what you paid for lol . Only downside is the room smelled really weird and cigarettes. Staff was nice , and was clean . Other than that it’s good for staying the night . Also cool thing about room was it had a stove , microwave and fridge .

The room was in rough shape. There were paper towels stuffed into the ceiling and holes all over the curtains. We also had a really hard time getting towels and wash cloths.

We had a flight cancellation so needed somewhere to stay for less than 12 hours so we booked this place knowing it was lower end but we assumed it would at least be clean. This was the most disgusting place I have ever been in. The floors, walls and cupboards all were very worn and peeling. The door to the bathroom was falling apart at the bottom and the door handle was falling off. The shower was full of mildew. There were holes patched in the door and on all the walls of the entire room. There was a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector and there were gnats flying around inside. We checked in and checked right out. The girl at the desk was very nice but the accommodations were terrible. I would not recommend this place no matter how inexpensive it is.

You need to REMOVE this place from your listings AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! This is not a place that ANY family should stay. The photos are incredible deceiving. We got stuck at the airport with a cancelled flight and because of a concert in town, there were NO options We finally found this and quickly booked it. When we arrived the horribleness started. When you walk into a MOTEL. This is a MOTEL 6... and there is plexy glass with a required $20 a room CASH only deposit.... RUN!!! Our Uber had already left. We went to the room and it was even worse. Absolutely disgusting smell and it is CRAPPY. This is a place where people get hurt. Then we saw girls in questionable clothing being dropped off at different rooms. Rooms were filled with junk. We quickly ordered an Uber which took a long time. NO ONE wanted to come this way. We walked down to "lobby" to only receive our $40 back in deposit. We booked 2 rooms for our family. NO WAY on this earth would I let my family stay here. So were are out this money and that is not okay. We were not the only families walking out as well. This NASTY motel is making a killing on families like us and never returning a dime. We then had to find quickly a new hotel that was very expensive just to get away from that horrible place. Hotels.com you have LOST our business and honestly we should report you for putting something like this out there for anyone. We deserve a refund and an apology. Things going on here are illegal!
