We loved the separate rooms, separate A/C, refrigerator, microwave, continental breakfasts out on our deck overlooking the San Andrés bay. The owners are on-site, and very friendly and able to recommend activities, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place!

The operators were very good, enjoyed the continental breakfast each day and only a $5.00 taxi ride anywhere downtown. While we were there they were experiencing Wi-Fi problems?

So far best place to stay, staff and managers were great. Luz did provide the best tours available, she knows the island very well. She gave us tips about touring and restaurants. We only wish to stay for more days! Thank u so much Bahia san andres H.

Awesome hosts. Really put out on effort to make your stay wonderful . Great location convenient to Tour boat locations, El Centro, and Coco Plum Beach. Rooms nearest road get more noise, typical for the area. If you're a light sleeper I'd ask for one behind the front row.

This place was in a good location, walking distance from some restaurants and right in front of the ocean. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and received us well. They helped provide information when we needed it. The rooms are nice and the ac works great. Everything was perfect, except one minor detail that i didn't always have warm water, so make sure you shower when you are hot from being out and about because with the ac on in the room, you will want the warm water. Other than this, i still give it a 10/10. I'm not sure if staff speaks English though. I think they do. But I'm bilingual, so it wasn't a problem for me. Would definitely recommend this place.

The property is very clean and the staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The property has great security and I felt safe the entire stay. The only thing I didn't enjoy about the property is that it is right on the main highway of the island and there is traffic noise almost constantly. We originally were staying in one of the rooms that faces the street with a sliding glass door but requested a change to a room further away from the street. While that was much better, the noise from the street is still discernable. If you are a light sleeper (like I am) the noise may be an issue. However, if you stay in one of the rooms towards the back of the property, the level of noise may not be an issue for you.

Hotel Fantástico e Confortável

Hotel simplesmente incrível, excelente localização a poucos minutos de caminhada do centro da Ilha de San Andres. Ficamos na Suíte Quadrupla, com muito conforto, chuveiro quente, ar condicionado, TV com Netflix e HBO, Frigobar, micro-ondas e cafeteira, além de uma varanda com vista para o mar. Os proprietários são extremamente gentis e prestativos, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos. Tornou a viagem muito mais agradável e memorável. Recomendo com total segurança.
