Car or other means of transportation is a must

It's located so far outside Samut Sakhon that you can't get a taxi or Grab. They just don't show up. I couldn't order Grab food either. Place not maintained properly. Even though i found old spider web in the bathroom ceiling, the room, towel and sheets felt clean. Bed is Asian hard and top covered with leather which makes it sticky when hot. Bathroom carpet was dirty. No water kettle to boil water. Big fridge and a small balcony. Cleaning, towels and water on request. No normal reception but a number to call. Ok for a short stay if you got a car or other means of transportation.
