"Hotel is old, needs to be renovated. Staff never smiles. Behaves rude, we forget the door key in the room and closed the door. We tell the night receptionist lady, she asked and looked at our face that how we could done this, and come to the room to open and checked, It was unbelievable. We are guest, ..."
